General Manager and Shift Leaders Needed!!



Locations Needed: Raleigh, Cary, Fuquay Varina



Purpose:


To create positive memories for all who touch the brand and to assist the General Managers, Assistant Managers, and other team members in executing specific aspects of the restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. To set high standards and create a great environment for the team to work.


Must be able to perform all job functions of each crew position, including customer service, product preparations, cash accountability, drive-thru, and back-line food preparation.


Essential Functions:



  • Strive for operational levels that meet or exceed the restaurants expectations in the areas of quality, service, and atmosphere, creating value through an excellent experience and fair price.

  • Assist in the management of specific areas of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.

  • Accurately complete designated duties such as inventory control, ordering of products, and cash control

  • Ensure that all SOP’s are part of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, setting each scheduled shift up for success.

  • Ensure that service meets or exceeds company standards and handle routine customer complaints by taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve the problems.

  • Understand the importance of speed of service and resolve bottlenecks in work flow.

  • Build relationships with return or preferred patrons.

  • Accomplish store objectives by assisting the GM and AM with training and coaching crew members to build a highly skilled and productive team.

  • As appropriate and when necessary, get work done through the delegation of tasks to other restaurant team members.

  • Be a team role model

  • Ensure that the restaurant is properly organized and staffed as designated by written schedules created by restaurant management, through proper job assignments, break rotation, and the delegation of tasks during both peak and non-peak periods.

  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all restaurant staff to foster and promote a cooperative and pleasant working climate which will be conductive to maximizing employee morale, productivity and efficiency.


Job Requirements

Qualifications:



ServSafe Certified or approved equivalent (Preferred)


Understand and utilize proper hand washing and safe food handling practices


Minimum of 6+ months of high volume quick service restaurant experience required


High School diploma or equivalent


Must be capable of supervising specific areas of the business in a fast paced environment


Ability to pass a leadership program


Flexible to work first and second shift


Must be able to be customer focused, a trainer and a coach, a leader and a follower, be flexible, organized, and honest.



Compensation:


Shift Lead: 28,000.00-33,000.00 & GM 35000.00-40000.00 base salary with:



Bonus programs based upon store goals and sales


Paid week vacation every 6 months


Cell phone assistance (25.00 mo/75.00 quarter)


40-45 hour work weeks


Bonus for health inspections above 97.5


Bonuses for company inspections passed


½ personal health care paid for


*Other bonus and incentives programs as added by company*

Salary: $28,000.00 to $33,000.00 /year
