Job Description

Accu-Tec, Inc is currently seeking a line leader that will be responsible for running a production line and supervising the individuals on the line.  The Line Lead will be responsible for meeting the goals and needs of the Customer and the Company.  This person will work hands-on & directly supervise employees on a production line in a fast paced environment. They will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures including; customer service, quality, production, personnel, and safety issues.  The Line Lead will train employees, participate in planning, assigning, and directing work on the line to meet customer, quality, and production goals. The Line Lead is expected to address complaints, resolve problems and provide feedback for use in appraising performance. This position may serve as a trainer for future Production Line Leads.

The line lead will have a base pay rate of $13.50-15.00 / hr plus be eligible to earn a daily bonus of up to $2.50-4.50/hr based on productivity.  Line leads are eligible to go home upon completion of daily goals but still receive their full day of pay.

Physical Demands

Ability to regularly lift and / or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 65 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

The Production Line Lead is placed in a position of responsibility within a fast paced environment with minor hazards and reasonable working conditions.  The work environment characteristics described above are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
