Job Description

A fast growing bakery, with locations in Raleigh, New York, Atlanta, and Jerusalem, are looking for Temp to Perm Production Bakers to fill their open spots from recent growth. 


Duties:


·         Follow recipe to mix ingredients to produce bakery product to current standards


·         Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients


·         Knead, roll, cut, and prepare dough as needed


·         Monitor oven temps, speed settings, mixing machines, and other equipment


·         Monitor items during baking


·         Decorate, glaze, and/or apply toppings to baked goods


·         Evaluate ingredients and food for quality


·         Bake, Cool, and Package product for shipping to various sites


·         Keep area and equipment clean and sanitized

Job Requirements

         High School Dip or equivalent


·         Able to perform basic math and measuring formulas


·         Ability to occasionally push or pull heavy equipment


·         Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently


·         Experienced in working in a fast paced environment


·         Ability to demonstrate safe baking and work habits


·         Ability to follow written and verbal instructions


·         Ability to communicate in written and verbal forms


·         Able to work effectively and efficiently with little to no supervision


·         Works well in a team


·         Able to pass a criminal background, 5 panel drug screen, and fitness test


Pay 10.00 an hour
