ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Job Summary:


The Mechanical Assembler builds small and large assemblies and kits using manual and automated tools performing a variety of operations while working from blueprints, manufacturing specifications, procedures, and work instructions under limited supervision.


This position is responsible for performing accurate assembly processes and completing documentation associated with the process of manufacturing industrial well stimulation equipment.



Knowledgeably and efficiently use self-provided tools to assemble well stimulation equipment according to required specifications in a particular area of a production line.



Work and assemble products under the direction of a supervisor.



Assemble air suspension systems, abs systems, power systems, cooling systems, and associated storage and platform components.



Look for faulty parts during the process of assembly and may have to test the assembled parts or products to ensure that they are functioning properly and are of good quality.



Perform standard assembly procedures, perform rework, and repair on manufactured equipment and products.



The assembler will install stickers, safety items, and customer decals per specified requirements according to equipment type and customer.

Job Requirements









Minimum Qualification Requirement:


1. Minimum 1-2 years of assembly experience.


2. Good eyesight.


3. Excellent attention to detail.


4. Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


5. Well organized and able to meet deadlines.


6. Ability to work independently.


7. Ability to sit for long periods of time.


8. Ability to lift up or move 50 lbs. required.


9. Ability to work overtime when required.


10. Experience in mechanical assembly


11. Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
