Job Description

The Customer Service Liaison   - Direct Hire


In the Commercial Cleaning Industry is responsible for interacting with customers out in the  field, conduct inspections, build relationships with our clients.  Work closely Operations Team.




  • Must be Bi-Lingual

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships

  • Conduct tenant visitations and customer visits

  • Conduct building inspections to ensure quality and contract compliance

  • Responsible for submitting daily reports from field visits to office and operations staff

  • Respond to customer emails through out the day (to assigned customers)

  • Assist Regional Manager in payroll review twice per month

  • Able to understand and use Microsoft office and 

  • Attend Bi-weekly operations meetings and quarterly training meetings

  • Work with Area Managers to correct service deficiencies

  • Must be proficient in English and Spanish
