Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities/Skills



  • Developing recruiting plans that meet the needs of our customers.

  • Manage workers compensation and unemployment claims.

  • 2-4 years’ experience in the staffing, employment or placement industry.

  • Sourcing/Interviewing applicants

  • Ability to multi-task (very important in the role of a Branch Manager)

  • Account managing and ability to grow existing clients (effective negotiator)

  • Supervise and develop office staff of 2

  • Problem Solving Skills (able to identify root of conflict/issues and provide fast resolution)

  • Communicator/Strong communication skills

  • Must be Thorough - extremely attentive to accuracy, detail and analysis.

  • Bilingual ( Spanish / English) not required

  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Well organized, resourceful and efficient
